1. Who we are and what we do
ZeroCut ("ZeroCut", "we", "us") runs simulated futures trading evaluations. You pay a fee to trade a simulated account under a published set of rules. If you meet those rules, you may be offered a simulated funded account and become eligible for performance-based payouts, paid at our discretion under these terms.
ZeroCut is not a broker, an exchange, a bank, an investment adviser or a fund manager. We do not accept deposits, hold client money for trading, give investment advice or execute trades on a live market for you. Nothing we provide is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract where you live. You may not use the service if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country, or if you are subject to sanctions.
One person, one identity. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may ask you to verify your identity at any time, including before any payout. If you can't or won't verify, we may suspend your account and withhold payouts.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer an account, let anyone else trade it, or trade an account that belongs to someone else.
4. Simulated accounts
Every evaluation and every funded account is simulated. Trades are placed in a simulated environment using real market data. No real money is invested in the markets on your behalf, and simulated profits and losses are not real profits and losses.
Simulated results can differ from what would happen in a live market, including fills, slippage and liquidity. You accept that simulated execution is final for the purpose of our rules, even where a live market might have behaved differently.
We may, at our sole discretion, invite a funded trader to trade live capital under a separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to a live account.
5. Evaluations and rules
To pass an evaluation you must reach the profit target for your account size without breaching the drawdown, and trade on at least 3 separate trading days. There is no consistency rule and no daily loss limit.
Every account has an end-of-day trailing drawdown. It is checked at the close of each trading day, not intraday. The floor sits one drawdown below your last end-of-day balance and moves up and down with it, but never below your starting balance minus the drawdown. Once an end-of-day balance reaches your starting balance plus the drawdown, the lowest the floor can go is locked at your starting balance.
Each account size has a maximum position size: 5K 1 mini, 10K 2 minis, 25K 3 minis, 50K 5 minis, 100K 10 minis, 150K 15 minis (10 micro contracts count as 1 mini). You may hold up to 20 accounts, with no more than $1.5M of combined funded account size at any one time.
An account that closes a trading day below its floor, or breaks any rule in these terms, fails. A failed account cannot be reinstated.
Current rules, account sizes, targets, drawdowns and prices are shown on our website and in your dashboard. We may change them for new purchases. Changes won't apply retroactively to an account you have already bought unless needed to fix an error, comply with law or stop abuse.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not: hedge, meaning hold opposing positions across accounts, whether yours or someone else's; let anyone else trade your account or pass an evaluation for you; trade with, or as part of, a group coordinating the same trades across many traders' accounts; use bots, signals or copy-trading tools shared among a community or sold to the public (bots you build and run for your own accounts are allowed); exploit errors, delays, mispricing or bugs in our platform or data; use multiple identities; or do anything we reasonably consider abusive, fraudulent or designed to game the rules rather than trade.
If we reasonably believe you have broken this section, we may fail or close any of your accounts, cancel pending payouts, recover payouts already made, ban you from the service and keep any fees paid. We decide based on the information available to us and our decision is final.
7. Fees
Evaluation fees and activation fees are shown on our website before you buy. Prices shown during the waitlist are waitlist prices and may change before or after launch.
An evaluation fee buys you one evaluation. An activation fee is charged only after you pass, to switch on a funded account. We don't charge monthly subscriptions. Refunds are covered in our Disclaimer of Liability, Refunds and Chargeback Policy.
8. Payouts
Funded traders may request payouts according to the payout schedule and rules for their tier, as shown on our website and dashboard. Subject to these terms, you receive 100% of eligible simulated profits on funded accounts.
Payouts are a performance reward paid at our discretion. They are not wages, a share of trading revenue, a return on an investment or a balance we hold for you. We may delay, reduce or refuse a payout while we review an account for rule breaches, verify your identity, or where required by law.
You are responsible for any taxes on payouts you receive.
Each payout is limited to the maximum for your tier and account size: BLITZ 25K $6,000, 50K $8,000, 100K $10,000, 150K $12,000; HAVOC 25K $1,500, 50K $2,500, 100K $3,500, 150K $5,000; TITAN 5K $500, 10K $1,000, 25K $2,500, 50K $5,000, 100K $7,500, 150K $10,000. Eligible profit above the maximum carries over to your next payout. Minimum payout: BLITZ $250, HAVOC $250, TITAN none. Withdrawals reduce your account balance, and therefore your room above the floor, by the amount withdrawn.
Once an account's total payouts reach 3 times its profit target, we may invite you to trade live capital. The invite is optional. If you decline, the account keeps trading under these terms until its total payouts reach 5 times its profit target, after which it is closed. You may then activate a new funded account of the same size by paying the activation fee, without a new evaluation.
Live capital accounts are governed by a separate live trader agreement, including a 90/10 profit split in your favour, a fixed drawdown set at the start, and the payout schedule of your tier. Live payouts are not subject to the per-payout caps above. Anything in the live trader agreement overrides these terms for live accounts.
9. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn commission on eligible purchases made with their code, at the rates published on our affiliate page. The rate for each calendar month is set by the number of unique paying traders referred in the previous month, and the top tier must be reached in consecutive months as published. Affiliates also earn 20% on merchandise orders. Commission is earned only on payments we actually receive and keep. Refunded, reversed or charged-back payments, and self-referrals, earn nothing and may be clawed back.
Affiliates must not spam, make false or misleading claims (including promising that anyone will pass or earn money), bid on our brand name in paid ads, or present themselves as us. We may change commission rates for future sales and may close an affiliate account that breaks these rules, forfeiting unpaid commission. Any profit share offered to top-tier affiliates is a cash bonus under a separate agreement and does not give anyone shares or ownership in the company.
10. Merchandise
Merchandise is sold separately from evaluations. Product images may be renders or AI-generated previews, and real items may differ slightly in colour and detail. Delivery times are estimates.
11. Intellectual property
The ZeroCut name, logo, website, dashboard and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer any part of the service.
12. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive closure, including fees, liability, recovery of payouts and governing law, continue to apply.
13. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in our Disclaimer of Liability, Refunds and Chargeback Policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
