Risk Disclosure Statement

Please read this before you buy an evaluation or trade any account with us.

1. Futures trading is high risk

Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage means small market moves can cause large gains or losses. Never trade live money you can't afford to lose.

2. Simulated trading

All ZeroCut evaluations and funded accounts are simulated. No real money is at risk in the markets on your behalf, and you cannot lose more than the fees you pay us.

Simulated or hypothetical results have inherent limitations. They don't reflect real execution, and they can under- or over-compensate for factors such as liquidity, slippage and the emotional pressure of trading real money. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance, simulated or real, is not a guide to future results.

3. Market and execution risks

Prices can gap, move sharply around news and economic releases, or become illiquid. Orders may be filled at worse prices than expected, partially filled or not filled at all. Technology can fail, including your device, your internet connection, trading platforms and data feeds. You accept these risks when you trade, including during news events.

4. No advice

Nothing we publish, including education, examples, leaderboards, social posts or anything said by affiliates, is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Affiliates are independent and do not speak for us. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

5. Payouts are not income

Passing an evaluation or receiving payouts is not guaranteed and should not be relied on as a source of income. Most traders who attempt evaluations don't pass. Only spend what you're comfortable losing on fees.

6. Your responsibility

It's your responsibility to understand the products you trade, our rules, and the laws and tax rules that apply to you. If you're unsure whether trading is right for you, speak to an independent, qualified adviser.
